I’m receiving an error message, or the Assessment is timing out, what should I do?

Disable any antivirus, malware or adblock type programs for www.thecultureworks.com/test and www.thecultureworks.com/motivate.

Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

Clear your internet browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser.  Instructions for most browsers at this link.

If possible, try a different internet connection.  At work, ask an IT administrator about exclusion policies for www.thecultureworks.com.

Restart your computer.

Try a different computer, or a smart phone or tablet.

How do I take the assessment if I purchased an e-book copy of What Motivates Me?

To take the Motivators Assessment that comes with the purchase of What Motivates Me, go to www.thecultureworks.com/test.

For Kindle or Nook users, a unique password is emailed to you by Amazon or Barnes and Noble respectively.

For all other e-reader purchases, please email a copy of your purchase receipt to support@thecultureworks.com and a password will be emailed to you within one business day.

How do I view my results profile if I’ve already taken the Motivators Assessment that comes with the What Motivates Me book?

To access your report, follow the same instructions you used to take the assessment.
Go to www.thecultureworks.com/test.

Enter the passcode from the back of your book.

How do I complete an assessment if I’m getting an error message that the survey deadline has already passed?

If you received this error message then you need to contact the survey administrator and ask him or her if it is possible to extend the deadline so that you can complete the assessment.

The administrator's email address can be found in the invitation email that was sent to you with instructions on how to take the assessment.

What is your return policy?

All physical products may be returned in re-sellable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Certification Policy: Things do come up and we understand that. If you must postpone your plans to attend, you may reschedule for a future session that will work for you - at no additional charge. Registrations are transferable to others, so if you can find someone to attend in your place, we welcome that. If you must cancel your plans altogether, please note there is a non-refundable cancellation fee (10% of your registration).
