Paul Yoachum has more than 17 years of B2B and B2C marketing and management experience in multiple industries, and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands such as Verizon, Microsoft, CentruyLink, and more. In his role as President and Chief Marketing Officer, Paul is responsible for the vision, direction and execution of the company’s integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy, as well as the overall management of the day-to-day operations of The Culture Works. As CMO, he oversees the main marketing functions: Product Management, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing.
Prior to joining The Culture Works, Paul served in various marketing and leadership roles at VitalSmarts, where he was instrumental in driving marketing initiatives that helped the company grow from $20M to $60M in 5 years, and be acquired by TwentyEighty, Inc in 2015. In 2010, Paul’s team received a Stevie for “Marketing Department of the Year” from The American Business Awards.
