Paul Yoachum has more than 17 years of B2B and B2C marketing and management experience in multiple industries, and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands such as Verizon, Microsoft, CentruyLink, and more. In his role as President and Chief Marketing Officer, Paul is responsible for the vision, direction and execution of the company’s integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy, as well as the overall management of the day-to-day operations of The Culture Works. As CMO, he oversees the main marketing functions: Product Management, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing.

Prior to joining The Culture Works, Paul served in various marketing and leadership roles at VitalSmarts, where he was instrumental in driving marketing initiatives that helped the company grow from $20M to $60M in 5 years, and be acquired by TwentyEighty, Inc in 2015. In 2010, Paul’s team received a Stevie for “Marketing Department of the Year” from The American Business Awards.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Lance oversees key revenue functions for The Culture Works, including the TCW Certified Solutions Provider channel, account development, key account management, identification and implementation of corporate sales strategies and initiatives, as well as overall revenue growth at The Culture Works. Lance also works closely in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Development to identify and develop new customer acquisition opportunities.

Lance has been immersed in sales-driven training organizations such as Xerox, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and VitalSmarts (a Twenty-Eighty Company) for more than 20 years in various capacities of sales and sales leadership. Through his career he has worked with industry leaders such as Intel, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife and Walmart. Lance is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in Economics, and was an active member of the Economic Honor Society.

Christopher Kendrick

Chris Kendrick

VP of Training and Speaking

Whether on stage or in a training room — in front of fifty or five hundred — Chris Kendrick loves helping leaders realize the possibilities true culture change can create for their teams and organizations. With a background of two decades of teaching, training and speaking, Chris specializes in helping leaders help their teams succeed.

Chris was a contributing writer on the book The Daily Carrot Principle, a handbook for daily employee recognition. His experience with corporations across the world, like Ford, Aflac, Siemens, Subaru, and American Express give him a unique insight into many of the problems today’s managers face.

In his spare time Chris enjoys photography, 4 children, and…acting! He was in an episode of “ER” and once had a scene with Anthony Hopkins.
